Mexican Night at home just became quicker and easier. Our N Chi Lada Casserole will become your "GoTo" product for an enjoyable dinner with your family and friends. Directions: Cook noodles in 6 cups of boiling water until tender (10 - 15 minutes), drain and set aside. In a Large Skillet, Brown 1.5 Lbs of ground meat and drain, or add your cooked chicken (Drained Canned Chicken does work). Return pan to medium heat, add the spice packet to the meat, with 1 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes or a 16 ounce jar of your favorite salsa. Stir in your cooked noodles and cover with shredded cheese. Serve when cheese is melted. You can also use a large baking dish and brown / melt the cheese 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 Deg F. Oven (cooking time varies by oven). Have some fun and top with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream or maybe some raw onion rings.
