Shipping policy

IN-STORE PICKUP

Available during regular store hours, Tuesday - Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm. No need to call ahead. Once you've received an email letting you know your order is ready, just come in and let one of our team members know you have an order to pick up.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Available weekly Tuesday - Friday (10am - 6pm) & Saturday (10am - 5pm).

You will receive an email letting you know once your order is ready for pick up. Once you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, you can pick up on the next curbside date.

Example: an order is placed on Monday. You receive an email letting you know your order is ready on Wednesday morning - Thursday evening. You can now pick up your order on the next available curbside date, which would be Tuesday - Friday (10am - 6pm) & Saturday (10am - 5pm).

SHIPPING

HOME DECOR, SHOES AND ANYTHING BESIDES CLOTHING OR JEWELRY WILL NOT SHIP FOR FREE!  An additional invoice may follow for additional shipping charges after the item is boxed and weighed.

Our shipping days are Tuesday + Thursdays between the hours of 10am - 4pm.  We ship items within 3-5 business days, or the closest Tuesday following the order if placed on Thursday after 4pm.  Shipping charge is calculated based on the weight of your items. Shipping is non-refundable.
